Perwez Alam

Founder – Ever Build Construction

Perwez Alam is the Founder of Ever Build Construction. He personally oversees every project to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely completion. With over 28 years of experience in the Building construction industry, he has worked with top multinational companies across India and the Gulf region, including Dubai and Oman. His expertise covers procurement, project management, and construction strategy for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Over the years, he has managed large-scale projects such as Residential Buildings, Villas, 5 star hotels, Malls, offices etc. Including Lulu Mall and Indra canteen in Bangalore. Perwez uses his vast international experience and innovative ideas to bring world-class construction standards to projects in India. His goal is to build reliable, high-quality structures that reflect trust and excellence. Under his leadership, Ever Build Construction continues to grow as a company known for professionalism, commitment, and customer satisfaction.

Co-Founder – Ever Build Construction

Aftab Alam is the Co-Founder of Ever Build Construction, where he leads the company’s Marketing and Business Development initiatives. He plays a key role in expanding the brand, building client relationships, and creating business opportunities in India and abroad. With a strong background in research, sales, marketing, branding, and strategic growth, Aftab brings innovative ideas that strengthen the company’s presence in the construction industry. His unique approach to digital marketing and market positioning has helped Ever Build Construction reach a wider audience and attract clients who value quality, reliability, and trust. Aftab has previously worked with research based multinational company and he has gained valuable experience through extensive research on companies listed on stock markets across Gulf Countries. This experience gave him deep insights into regional markets, investment trends, and client expectations, which now guide his business strategies. He is fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu, enabling him to communicate effectively with clients and partners from diverse regions — especially across the Middle East, Latin America, African Countries and South Asia. Along with Ever Build Construction, Aftab also heads RBAS Global Trading Pvt. Ltd. a company involved in the export of construction equipment and machinery. Aftab believes in long-term relationships, transparent communication, and results that speak for themselves. His leadership continues to drive Ever Build Construction toward steady growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Shivakumar M. Patil

Architect & Planning Engineer– EverBuild Construction

Shivakumar M. Patil is a dedicated Architect Engineer who brings creativity, technical skill, and passion to every project. With more than five years of experience in design and construction, he ensures that each project is completed with quality, safety, and attention to detail. At EverBuild Construction, Shivakumar plays a key role in planning, designing, and supervising residential and commercial projects. He is skilled in AutoCAD drafting, 3D visualization, estimation, and project coordination, helping turn ideas into strong, well-built structures. Known for his calm approach and problem-solving attitude, Shivakumar works closely with clients, contractors, and engineers to make sure every stage of construction runs smoothly and on time.

Shivakumar is a Certified Professional Engineer (BBMP) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Atria Institute of Technology.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket, cycling, and exploring new technologies, bringing positive energy and creativity to the team.

Bharat Durgesh Shet

Site Engineer – EverBuild Construction

Bharat is a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer who plays a key role in turning design plans into well-built, high-quality structures. With experience in both residential and commercial projects, he ensures that every stage of construction runs smoothly — from planning and supervision to final finishing. Before joining EverBuild Construction, Bharat worked with leading infrastructure companies where he gained hands-on experience in site execution, quantity surveying, project coordination, and quality control. He has been part of major projects such as layout development in Bidadi, Jal Jeevan Mission pipeline works, and the Total Environment residential project – Pursuit of a Radical Rhapsody. Bharat believes in working hard, learning continuously, and delivering work that stands for quality and trust. His ability to manage people, materials, and timelines helps keep every project on track and every client satisfied.
